I'm Amanda,
Your Program and Product Leader
I’ve spent nearly 20 years helping organizations solve complicated problems, get important things done, and figure out why things aren’t working quite the way they should.
Through Roemer Hoyt Consulting, I work directly with clients as a hands-on, client-first advisor with no product or vendor agenda. I bring experience and an independent perspective to help leaders make practical decisions that work in the real world.
I’m a program and product leader, a technology owner, and, at my core, a problem solver. I’ve led complex programs from strategy through execution, rescued efforts that weren’t going as planned, built strong teams, and found better ways of working. Along the way, I’ve made mistakes, learned from them, and developed a knack for recognizing patterns and figuring out what needs to change.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of three awesome kiddos and a beagle-flavored rescue mutt, a wife to a chef (which makes me a professional taste-tester), an avid reader, and a longtime volunteer with nonprofits and youth sports. I’ve learned plenty about leadership and problem-solving at work, but just as much from raising kids, volunteering, feeding a family, and living with a dog who has very strong opinions about everything.
